WARRANTY STATEMENT

With the exception of the GT Series reels that have a 5 year warranty, all Schill products are protected by a limited warranty of one year from date of purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage arising from abuse, overloading or other circumstances considered abusive or extraordinary.

SERVICE & RETURNS

You may return or exchange any unused/unopened products purchased from Schill North America within 30 days of the original invoice date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason including warranty you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

NOTE! No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 1 week of receiving the returned item. Please contact us at info@schillreels.com to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Provide this number with your package when you return your item(s). We will not accept any returns without this authorization number.
